I’ve worked in a number of different industries, in different roles, and at different companies. When I joined Sevita, it was the first time I felt that the work I was doing was really going to change people’s lives. It was the first time I felt I had a direct connection to the transformation of others — their health, livelihood, and wellbeing.
When I think about the purpose of our Workforce Reporting and Analytics team, it really is to drive change by telling great stories with data and analytics. We immerse ourselves in analyzing the metrics with the ultimate goal of improving the experience for our employee population and the individuals we serve. No company is perfect, but being able to pinpoint the opportunities for us to better our service and understand challenges in a quantifiable way — it’s so important and meaningful to me.
