Mentor Community Services Jobs
For the past 40 years, Mentor Community Services programs have helped adults and children with a wide range of needs, such as disabilities and mental health challenges, live their best lives.
We opened our first host home program in Massachusetts in 1983. Back then, there were not many community living options for people with disabilities. Programs like our host homes and group homes have helped people build skills so they could become more independent and enjoy life in their community. Today our programs continue opening doors for people with a wide range of needs and abilities, helping them develop the independence to grow and thrive.

Homes and communities are where people thrive. Since 1967, that belief has guided our work and continues to shape the care we provide every day.
Today, we’re the leading provider of home and community-based specialty healthcare, with 60,000 team members supporting more than 70,000 individuals nationwide.
We’re grounded in our core values—integrity, respect, inclusion, and growth—supporting both the people we serve and the people who serve them.
We believe everyone has the potential to learn, grow, and live as independently as possible, in the place they call home: their community.
