University and Intern Jobs

Why Choose Sevita?

It’s simple—our internship experience stands out.

Our Behavioral Health Services Internship Program is a structured, 6–9 month experience designed to support your growth every step of the way. From day one, Intern Guides—former interns now on our team—help you get started, while supervisors and team members provide ongoing, day-to-day support.

You’ll have a voice through monthly check-ins, with regular updates to keep you informed and connected.

Learning is built in. You’ll participate in twice-weekly supervision, including Group Supervision (required for MA-level MHC and MSW students, open to all), along with Lunch & Learns, and access to online and clinical training.

If you’re ready to launch your career in specialized health care, our paid internship program will help you build skills, connections, and confidence.

It starts with support, grows through connection, and thrives on learning—that’s what makes our program best in class.

Let's keep in touch.

Homes and communities are where people thrive. Since 1967, that belief has guided our work and continues to shape the care we provide every day.

Today, we’re the leading provider of home and community-based specialty healthcare, with 45,000 team members supporting more than 55,000 individuals nationwide.

We’re grounded in our core values—integrity, respect, inclusion, and growth—supporting both the people we serve and the people who serve them.

We believe everyone has the potential to learn, grow, and live as independently as possible, in the place they call home: their community.
