MENTOR South Bay, a member of the Sevita family, is a community-based, behavioral health care organization offering a continuum of services including Adult Behavioral Health, Substance Abuse Counseling, Children’s Behavioral Health, Autism Services, and Early Childhood Services.
Our clinical staff is dedicated and passionate about assisting underserved populations through tailored treatment plans because we believe, above all else, that every member of the community is worth fighting for!
Early Childhood Services
The first three years of life are the most crucial period for a child's growth and development. Our Early Intervention/Birth to Three teams work – with children who have diagnosed conditions, those who are experiencing a developmental delay, or who are at risk for delay because of family or environmental challenges.
Outpatient Mental Health Services
We have a diverse team of highly trained professionals and clinicians that consist of physicians, nurse practitioners, social workers, behavioral health counselors, and other Master’s level behavioral health professionals. Trained in a variety of specialty areas including substance abuse, psychiatric illness, and dual diagnosis.
Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative Services (CBHI)
Our team of CBHI clinicians focuses on strengthening the family and making it possible for a child to remain in the home. Each child has a designated treatment team that is involved in all aspects of behavioral care to ensure treatment and progress is sustainable.
Applied Behavior Analysis
Our Licensed Behavior Analyst and Behavior Technicians offer in-community-based therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Our approach is to provide individual based programming within their natural environment to meet the needs of each child and family.
